Congratulations on being chosen to be a part of the team that will explore the new venture of creating a Learner Management System for schools based in the Middle East.
As part of this opportunity, we would like to invite you for a brainstorming and meet-and-greet opportunity in the UK to see our operations and meet the team you will be working with on this project.
The date range we will use for visa issuing is as follows: 12th of Jan 2026 until 16th of Jan 2026. The company will issue our immigration consultant with a ticket. All that you will need to arrange is the visa issuing fee as stated on the GOV.uk site for a 12-month visit visa with Special Business Activities under subsection PA4. This allows an employee of a UK-based company who is paid remotely in their country to travel to the UK and engage in basic business activities without receiving compensation while in the UK.
Please be advised that the visa issuing fee will be reimbursed on the last day of October 2025, included with that month's pay package. Once the visa is received, the actual travel date might be adjusted, but this will be discussed closer to the time by your team lead.
